I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Went really well, or so I thought. The interviewers are stone-faced so it's tough to tell whether you answered a question well. Just know the company inside and out and act excited about the role. I thought I nailed the third and final interview but didn't get an offer. Before you accept the job position, make sure you read the reddit posts about alphasights. Good money, but at what cost to your career?

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
