Interview
First HR phone screen was easy. Lots of general behavioral questions and ones to test your knowledge about the position and company. They are very delayed in scheduling interviews and waited to let candidates know until the night before for an interview.

How would you organize your work as an associate from the start to end of your day?
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

Interview
The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team
