After applying on their website I got an invite for the AVA about 1-2 weeks later. You are given 7 days to take it after you receive the e-mail. Like others mentioned the process is a bit awkward, but I would recommend recording and timing yourself a couple of times before doing the actual interview. The questions are fairly straight-forward and similar to those listed here by others. If you prepare all of those you should manage. I was given 5 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to answer for a total of 6 questions. The only issue I had was that the website completely crashed once I started question 1 (Safari OSX). I had to open the link in a different browser (FireFox) and at that point the system was already at question 2. I immediately sent an email after the interview and it did not matter, but at the time it was very stressful. I got an invite for an interview at their office 2 working days after I took the AVA.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
