I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.
2 weeks after I applied I got an email from HR to set up a video interview. It is very awkward since you are talking to a black screen but I suggest practicing the usual interview questions in the mirror...it helps a lot. The next day I got an email about a one to one Skype interview with the recruiter. It was very standard interview and the she told me later that she would get back to me. The following week I was asked to come to the office for an on site interview. I was interviewed by 3 people and was asked to do present my case study that I was suppose to prepare.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
