Interview
I first sent in my resume and a short cover letter stating why I wanted to work at AlphaSights. Because AlphaSights was recruiting at my school, I then did two 45 minute interviews with 2 different AlphaSights employees. One was from higher management and the other had been at the company about a year. After the 2 interviews, I was invited down to the NYC office for a 2.5 hour final round interview. I interviewed with 3 people who each had different titles.
Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

Had the first round interview with the HR, where they asked me questions about my background and how it translates for the role. They also asked me questions about my understanding of the company

What was the most challenging thing you had to do?
30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
