Applied online, received invitation to a video interview approx. 10 days later. Video interview was a little unusual but not particularly bad. Another 10 days after that I got invited to an interview with the recruiting manager in London. This was fine, mainly competency questions and testing your understanding of the business model. After that I got invited to another interview with an associate and a VP for which I had to run a case study on a prior AS project and present my conclusions and answer questions from the interviewers. Again they just want to test your understanding of the business model, which I'd recommend you really make sure you understand. Made an offer about a week later, although depending on which VP interviews you and which position you apply for it's customary to have a third interview with one of the MDs.
