I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSense in Aug 2024
Interview
The Interview process was good, communication was clear and i enjoyed the chats with everyone throughout the process. It helped as i have been a top performer in another SDR role for a year so really looking forward to putting my current skill set into AlphaSense and hopefully hitting the ground running as the TAM looks great and if PMF continues it will be a very good 4/5 years with a few promotions along the way!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSense (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
Very smooth interview process. I was contacted and progressed quickly through each stage whilst being given ample time to prepare. Very kind staff and seems like they genuinely want to help.
Expect questions like “Why sales?” and “Why AlphaSense?”, along with a high-level discussion of your experience and communication skills. Overall, it wasn't too difficult as the interview with the hiring manager was pretty conversational.
