Interview
Mostly I'm dissatisfied with the communication experience with their HR. She wasn't able to answer my questions, didn't respond to emails for days, booked 2 separate calls for the same time, and other minor things that are not critical separately, but spoil the impression about the company in general. Guys from the IT team seem to be well-qualified and I truly enjoyed communicating with them.
Recruiter call explaining the process , hiring manager 30 mins interview - generally about the resume, project, interest and the team, challenges then 1hr code review interview followed by 1 hr system design interview.
