Applied and completed a hire vue but I never heard back from them. Upon applying, I heard back very quickly with an invitation to complete the hire vue. Now all of a sudden I have not heard anything.

The interview consisted of 2 rounds and an assignment. 1st is a standard phone screen with a recruiter. 2nd round is with the hiring manager and 1 other person (a middle manager/ other hiring manager). The assignment varies from cycle to cycle, but doesn't take too long. Don't use AI to write/ complete the assignment for you.
There are 2 interviews conducted. 1 is basic background, you finish and get a take home project. 2 is reviewing your work on the project. They decide within 3 days.
