I had an onsite interview with the managers of all the technical disciplines (systems, electrical, mechanical and manufacturing). It was clear to me they were not prepared. They didn't have any set questions or take logical turns asking them. It was clear to me no one manager really took the lead on this process. This was the most unorganized interview I have ever taken part in and needless to say the offer process was the same. They totally low balled me even though I brought more to the table then they could handle. A warning to all who are thinking about take a job at Alpha Research and Technology. Do not waste your time from what I have heard it's a dead ender.
