I did a phone interview first and then an in person interview. It was a very basic interview. They were friendly and straight forward. The pay is low. As an intern you can expect to make $10 or less per hour. Depending on the position you may interview with one person or multiple people at once. It is a predominately female office. The hiring process is pretty quick for the most part. They don't ask for a background check, drug test or credit check.
