Alpha Capital Holdings interview questions

The interview was with questions of DCF, LBO, Company comparison valuation, M&A case studies, and questions on pitchbook etc. The interview was easy-going, and the employer is nice and patient.

First someone sends invitation to interview, asks if you want to pay for their training program. The email promises great opportunity by showing past success stories. Pressure you to make a decision right away. During the interview, the first thing i was asked was if i was an international student and what's my immigration status. Then he right away asked me to pay for the program. I asked what would be taught in the program, he wasn't able to give an answer. I said I thought this was the interview for the internship. He couldn't understand what I was talking about. I think this is a total SCAM, especially targeting Chinese and international students, who are eager to maintain their immigration status. That guy did zoom in his dark apartment, I doubt that he had an office in Trump Tower as his website claimed. I asked to meet him in person and he said :"we are meeting in person now." I called him out right there and he started calling me a liar.
