Panel of 5 people, none of which were prepared for my candidacy, nor the process in general. No no even had my resume, application, references, or cover letter in front of them, let alone settled on an order in which to ask the questions. Everyone at the table hated each other--I could tell there were very bad people at this organization from the start....
