The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.

Interview
Easy and quick, next training date you'll get with a full class in about three weeks. A second interview will be held after the first. I didn't via teams but I am not sure if that's always the case for the bluefield location or not.

How would you feel with a customer while multitasking.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
