The Interview Face-to-Face took 2-3 hours. I was asked in advance to bring US Citizenship Documentation just in case of extending a job offer on the spot.All interviewers were very friendly and asked very known personality and sales background questions. I also had option to sit 30 minutes with an experienced Outbound Sales Agent and listen how he made auto-dialed cold calls. They explained about mandatory sales quotas (hourly, daily and weekly) and how they are assisting under-performers. I was extended a job offer which I had to decline explaining that outbound cold calls sales would not be successful for me due to my heavy foreign accent. They disagreed saying that would not be an issue. They were angered with my decline of their offer but we parted friendly anyway. Unfortunately, it was the last job offer that I was extended so far.
