It was a decent interview process. Much like any regular and/ or typical interview process. Treat the interview as a conversation so it does not cause much anxiety. They really want to get to know a person and find out if one is a good fit for the company as well as the type of work one would be doing.

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
