Interview
When I went in for the interview, they handed me a scenario with three possible outcomes and I had to decide which solution or a combination of solutions when best fit the scenario. They did a test call with me in which I had to use my former call center experience to handle the call. Afterwards I had the formal interview where they asked the usual interview questions.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
