Most of questions asked were "what would you do?" type of questions like "how would you handle an angry customer?" or "What would you do if the call volume was really high, the supervisors were busy, and you didn't know the answer to the customer's question?" It's basically to see how how you would handle things. They also ask you things like "How many days do you think is acceptable to miss?" (The answer is zero, they have a very low tolerance for people who call in all the time).
