The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Fort Myers, FL) in Mar 2010
Interview
I was called the day before to show up for a 9:00am interview. I showed up to the interview and there was about 6-8 people waiting for a interview as well. As we sat in the waiting room we were called and were taken into a conference room where we were all interviewed as a group. The interviewer asked us questions and went in clockwise direction. The questions consisted of "three qualities about yourself" "name one time you went above and beyond for a customer" and then we took a skills test. The test was basic IT knowledge. After the test the interviewer came into the room and offered all us a job.
Inter view pro cess was okay, but it take long of wai ting for the final interview. they are accommodating and help the new bee along the way of the process

Someone you never see again, because they completely separate themselves from the rest of the office, asks you questions about previous work experience, but they have no clue what other jobs are outside of the call center, so it gets awkward fast. You then meet with manager, take a computer test and get hired. This take three hours for whatever reason, so come with snacks, a charged phone and something else to do while you wait.
