Interview
First round was with the HR where they asked pretty basic questions about my education, family, strengths, weakness, salary expectation, long term goals etc.
Second round of interview took place after a week with the Procurement department, where i was asked about my previous work experience and many other purchasing related questions.
Third round was with the Managing Director of the company, where we had a brief discussion about the job role.
I was offered the position on the same day and i joined immediately.

I had not particularly applied for this job. The company got my Cv through database.I assume either through a recruitment site.
Interview was held at their main headquarters, working environment seemed to be good.p

To be brutally honest, the interview that was held for me was not at all welcoming, they were firstly late to take me in ..interviewer was more keen on asking if I could stay long hours to work before even joining the company..detailed questioning about my previous experience which was good and I appreciated that. Questions like if I'm single , do i have a car is not something I entertain. Overall I felt the personnel skills are lacking and they need to work on it a lot.
