Interview
Several interviews with exec team and future co-workers. Straight forward, enjoyable, they gave me space to interview them while they were interviewing me. I was very interested in culture fit (after past toxic work place experiences). They were authentic and answered all of my questions. Every company should interview like this.

Interview
I went through a phone screen with 2 existing employees. To be fair, I had worked for Allure as a part-time consultant for about 3 years prior, so they were already very familiar with my work. When I decided to convert full-time, we had a brief conversation with 2 existing employees, they agreed to move forward, and then I met with the CEO.
