Interview
Quick, to the point and crisp. I was greeted on time and quickly taken to the room where interviews were taking place. I was asked to take a math test and was asked to handle a customer call.

Question 1
How do you plan to calm a customer who is hurt and does not have medical coverage.
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
