Allspring Global Investments interview questions

I recently interviewed for a position in the UK. The interview felt very rushed, but I was told I’d made it to the next stage and would be notified of the details within three days. I never received a message or a phone call. I’m used to being ghosted by recruiters or small companies, but not by a company’s HR manager after an actual interview. I don't think a huge global company like this can afford to do that; it’s really bad for their reputation. Honestly, I’m glad it happened—I definitely don’t want to work for a company that treats people like this from the very beginning

I was ghosted during the initial scheduled video screening. No reply or explanation followup, more than a week later. Received several confirmations, both written and automated from Microsoft Teams from the Allspring recruiter.
