Interview
First to meet with a talent acquisition specialist who determined if you were a good fit, if you pass that you will go on to meet with them a second time for a longer interview followed by meeting with a nurse manager for the unit you're applying for.

A lot of questions asking what you would do in certain situations such as dealing with the difficult manager, conflict with a Doctor
I was contacted for a screening phone interview first with HR, then I was contacted for an in-person interview with the manager a few days later, and then and offer was received shortly after that.
The interview was comfortable and inviting. I was just interviewed by my direct manager, who was very friendly and thorough with explaining things. I would say the experience was positive overall.

What is an example of a situation where you dealt with conflict and how did you handle it?
Phone interview with recruiter and video interview with hiring manager and supervisor. Friendly recruiter, hiring manager, and supervisor. The process was easy and it took maybe a total of 2-3 weeks to be offered the position.
