I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allina Health in Feb 2017
Interview
Short, easy interview if you work for the company; otherwise can be hard unless you know someone. Very professional, and they ask you not too many questions. It depends on the department manager if you get a job.

Question 1
Clinical stuff like degree of needle for IM injection, or how to treat a walk in patient with hypertention
I was contacted for a screening phone interview first with HR, then I was contacted for an in-person interview with the manager a few days later, and then and offer was received shortly after that.
Phone interview with recruiter and video interview with hiring manager and supervisor. Friendly recruiter, hiring manager, and supervisor. The process was easy and it took maybe a total of 2-3 weeks to be offered the position.
The interview was comfortable and inviting. I was just interviewed by my direct manager, who was very friendly and thorough with explaining things. I would say the experience was positive overall.
