Not difficult process. They will offer training if you don't have FL guard Card. It's unpaid training. Decent training takes 4 days on-site. Staff is busy but helpful. Don't show up looking like a bum or thug.

Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
