The interview was for a job with the Cummins contract headquartered out of columbus, IN. My immediate supervisor asked unusual questions expecting a specific answer. I answered in a way that was different than normal, but that was because I was more detail oriented than normal. He didn't want to hire me, but his boss above him did. I was later promoted 3 times within 3 months and the guy that didn't want to hire me ended up getting arrested for running an illegal chicken fighting ring. No joke.

i did the online video interview, had relatively straight forward questions. the online recorded interview was fairly easy and then i proceeded to complete the phone interview with the manager onsite and it was fine

Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.
