The interview is fast and easy. They seem like they hire anybody who needs a job basically because they always need people. The process was pretty quick. Make sure you bug them that way you can start right away. If not they will have you pending.

Overall, they ask the basic questions... why do you want to be part of allied, why are you a good fit, and what are your strengths and weakness.
Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

Interview
No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
