I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2022
Interview
Very short, informative and chaotic with little to no communication between hiring managers. The background checks also take a little longer than normal. But orientation is very organized and quick with minimum wage pay for your time spent at orientation.
Easy just dress professional and be sharp you don’t need to try that hard. They really just interviewed me to see if I was people person and could walk away form confrontation
The hiring process is fluid, from application to recorded video, to meeting with a manager at the downtown office, followed with fingerprinting, drug testing, and completing education modules online. If well prepared and responsive to each stage of the process, onboarding can occur smoothly.
It was easy. Went very smooth. There main focus is customer service attention to details. They looking for someone who have basic computer skill. Outlook, Word and Excel. They also talk about grooming standards.
