I was introduced to a team members and chain of command. I was informed about resposibilities and how does average day look like. After introduction I was asked questions about my past and some questions concerning position I applied for.

It was held over the phone due to covid-19 restrictions which I had appreciated since this was during the time of when it was at its peak. But overall the interview process was extremely smooth and straightforward. It consisted of some EMT situations that you could possibly run into while working for one of their sights as well as being asked how you would approach certain situations within the workplace.
