When i first arrived to the company they briefly gave me a sign in sheet and an short paper to briefly give the employer a good idea of who you are before they interview you . Shortly after i turned in the paper my manager call me in for the interview

One of the questions my employer ask me was tell me about yourself?
Very easy. Personal experience was that they sat me down, talked about the job, and it was pretty in and out. From there, I had a secondary sit-down with the supervisor at the office I was assigned, we finalized some things, got a permanent job site assigned near home, and that was it.

I remember them asking about my experience at my previous job, why I left, etc
I received an email asking me to come to an interview. Afterwards, I took the interview and had to do multiple screenings and certificate checks. They are particular about making sure you have all the necessary licenses. If you do not have a specific license, you will go through additional training before starting your job.
