Interview was conducted in person and not by a manager. He was inexperienced and probably should not have been interviewing people. There was a drug test, medical review and vaccinations that were required. It was a 4 week process.

There were no constructive or prepared questions. I was better prepared than the interviewer. He basically wanted to hear about my experience as it related to the job. He was very young.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
