I interview through Workforce One. It was straight to the point. They call you in to ask you basic questions about the position and if your willing to deal with the conditions. Then they send you to the Site office, if they like you, for an official interview.

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
