All I had to do after the application was to fill out a paper saying what I observed as I walked in. Then I spoke with the project manager. I told him about my prior experience and then he started telling me about available sites.

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
