Allied Technical Solutions interview questions

Very lengthy, it took 3 weeks Got cleared from first interview and had a second one with the director and team meeting. They assured me that they will release offer letter by next week and hand me over through HR. But what i received next week was a rejection e mail. I was so disturbed and disturbed by it.
