      I applied in-person. I interviewed at Allied Materials (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2018

      Interview

      1. Take Personality Assessments - DISC & Devine 2. In Person Interview w/ Executive team 3. Sometimes 2nd round depending on the position or if Steve Pack hasn't met with candidate yet. 4. Decision Process If an offer is presented they usually like to bring you in the office to do so. This gives them an opportunity to go over what they believe the 6,9,12 month plan is ahead and make sure the candidate is on the same page! They also like to take this opportunity to go over Benefits and answer any questions they candidate might have.

      A lot of the interview will be about your background whether it has to do with the role or not. They want to know why you have left certain positions previously!
