The interview experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
One of the interviewers openly laughed at my responses during technical questioning when I couldn’t recall a few details from my resume. Instead of guiding or probing constructively, the interviewer chose to mock and belittle, creating an extremely uncomfortable environment.
Such behavior is not only demeaning but also counterproductive — it makes any candidate nervous and unable to perform at their best. The purpose of an interview is to assess skill and mindset, not to humiliate or display arrogance.
If this is how the company’s interviewers treat candidates, it raises serious questions about the organizational culture and empathy towards employees. Technical rigor is important, but respect and professionalism are far more important indicators of a company’s maturity.
