Interview
Huge issues in communications, changed job title a couple of times, not sure what they were looking for. Recruiter/Director manifested huge personality issues. Some sort of paranoia imagination about senior engineering technical skills. Himself doesn't have more than 4 grades in a Bachelor of Arts. Doesn't pay more minimum respect to diversity/minority. Very cheap to honor interview expenses for candidates outside state. The client was interested in bringing me for onsite interview, after interviewing with management. the Alliance "director" acted unprofessional in fulfilling client expectation. Be caution!!!

Interview
I had a behavioral interview with the HR. This interview included questions about my field of interest, work ethics and my skills as a software engineer. We also talked about what hours would work best for me and what kind of projects were available within the company for interns like me.

Interview
I was asked a few personal questions, and few questions over my resume. I was then given a tour of the lab and some current projects. I was then asked a few questions about what I thought of the various projects. A few days later I was called back in and received an offer pending a drug test.
