During the first screening it felt as if the interviewer was not very familiar with the details of the position. Some of my concerns expressed in the initial conversation were taken lightly and brushed off with an “I am sure we will find a solution, it wont be a problem” - after the interview with the hiring manager, turned out it was a problem.
