I had a disappointing interview experience. The process moved very slowly and several promised follow-ups never materialized, leaving me without status updates when they promised there would be. Communication from the recruiter and hiring manager was unprofessional — LinkedIn messages went unanswered and scheduled next steps were not confirmed. During the interview, the hiring manager appeared unprepared and disengaged (for example, poor video framing and minimal participation). I hope the team improves responsiveness and interviewer preparedness.
