Phone Interview.. basic questions about personality, work ethic, and previous jobs.. asked a couple of scenario questions.. then the rest of the conversation was spent discussing the job and responsibilities of the position
Friendly interview, shown how the store runs. Introduce to the team. Shown some product also. Met some management also and interviewed with them. They all had a ton of knowledge in their field
