I had one interview with the Allegis Group. This was scheduled by an acquaintance who then decided to leave the company. When I got to my interview, no one knew about my interview and someone else stepped in that was available.
Did seem chaotic and did not make me feel valued, still appreciated that they gave me time.
I got a different offer that I took and then someone tried to reach out to me again but it was too late and I did not have the best feeling about this opportunity.
This was an unusual situation but candidate' experience could have been better. Otherwise seems quite professional, money-driven environment.
Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.
