I personally have loved the hiring process up to this point. Alex does a great job of introducing you to the Allegiant brand in his initial presentation and along with Jill, Yvette, Tiffany, and Veronica everyone makes you feel comfortable. From the very beginning they let you know that they want you to succeed. Even Yvette was able to talk about how she mentors trainees and new hires which shows that the company as a whole wants everyone to succeed which is great to hear. Jill also works as a flight attendant and she has little people at home (kids) and said that she loves that she can be back home with her kids everyday. Knowing that from the beginning is great as well especially when you know how fast paced being a flight attendant can be. Veronica was also there who was recently promoted which helped show that growth is available with in the company and she is the inflight supervisor for LA base. So it was was also nice to be able to see who would potentially be your supervisor. Tiffany's smile alone when you entered the room reassured you were in the right place anyone that is that happy at work on a Sunday morning you know is happy with there career. And a career is exactly what I'm looking for with Allegiant. The group interview was great we made through reciting the announcement and all the questions they asked us and I feel confident that Allegiant is the right place for me.

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.
