Mostly just asked questions about handling stress, pressure, monotonous work, human behavior questions.
If you have experience in inside sales it will help you to articulate your answers but if not, that's ok too. They are just looking for competent, tech savvy people that can follow their processes.

They literally will hire anyone. In my training class we had 20 people and after 1 month it was down to 3 left..... They basically ask questions to see if you are smart enough to spell your name.

face to face interview and phone interview first as well as background check. The recruiter called me to learn more about my background and my personality. From there they brought me in the office to learn more about me and my skill set. They then offered me the position.
