Allcare interview questions

Very basic questions, no pressure entire process was fast and simple. Questions are value based, team work, salary. Interview questions are however available in a Google search. I did not personally work here but know someone that Interviewed.

I walked in to apply for a driver position. There wasn't really an interview, I was just asked to fill out a consent form for my driving record to be checked and they made a copy of my drivers license. I was referred by a friend so that's why I thought this was why I wasn't really interviewed, but shortly after becoming a technician I realized that none of the drivers are really interviewed.
