give a teaching demonstration to the interview panel and a classroom of student. This was the best part of the interview process, however I feel they should leave time for the students to ask questions at the end. The good is that they really test your skills. The bad is that if you're invited to a final interview (having now given up two days of work), the don't bother to tell you that you weren't selected. They just leave you hanging which is very unprofessional.
