First interview is a get to know you round. It is also to determine whether your personality fits into the role and the organisation as a whole. The second round of the interview process is a role play, where you are dealing with a difficult client, this is to see how well you react and think under pressure, and also there will be an aptitude test and a psychometric test. If you are successful, you will go to the third round of interviews with two of the company's hiring managers. They will make the decision to hire you.
