Interview
I have interviewed at many brands before, you know those Buzzfeed lists that appear? Well this has got to be one of the top worst places to interview. The communication was dire and as of yet am still waiting to hear back! I would have thought that applicants that make the final round should at least get some sort of closure on an application. Regardless, I would have posted a review here.
I found the vacancy on the main careers website. Applied, and within a few days received an e-mail from HR showing interest and wanting me to give my availability for a phone call. Gave my availability... did not get a call. Contacted them again and they asked for my availability again, told them. Did not get a call, so I e-mailed again and the "scout" said that she had tried calling but couldn't get through...sure. Anyway had a chat which was pleasant enough, liked my experience and wanted to fast track me to the final rounds due to my experience as they had a few vacancies to fill asap.
Got an interview date, confirmed and went to Head Office at Brick Lane where I was told I would be having an assessment with someone else (Was not informed of this) at the store. Simple enough, had to style two mannequins, with an Area VM. Then merchandise a section of the store, all the while we were asked questions and having photos of our work taken. Afterwards we were told that the District Manager wanted to meet us and if we could stay a bit longer. I complied, but had to wait around half an hour as the other candidate was interviewed first.
Had a quick chat with the DM, who explained the role and the need for recruiting external VM's and asked about my experience and my thoughts on the role. After that was told that I would be informed by mid week on the outcome...
I as of yet am still waiting to hear back from this application. I have sent 3 e-mails to ask for the outcome and for feedback. I would have expected this from a first round interview but for final round?
Was fobbed off basically and given "they would find someone in the visual team to give me feedback" is the communication between departments THAT poor?
I would suggest that to any applicant wishing to pursue a career with All Saints in any role, is to read all current employee reviews AND interview reviews on Glassdoor before making their own decision.

Interview
I was invited to an interview, but when I turned up it was actually a group interview. We had to pair up and dress a display and section of the shop. Then we were all told we were done for the day, but 3 people had to complete some unfinished paper work, but I suspect that they got through to individual interviews..
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you see wrong with this display? What would you change about the store floor? What is our most popular product?

Interview
Very hands on and interactive which was great. The interview process was split into 2 phases. After the practical part we moved on to a one on one interview
