AlixPartners Network Engineer interview questions

This was the worst experience ever, I was scheduled for an interview, and I came on to have the interview, the first thing that happened the guy was laughing and speaking to someone next to him as I am introducing myself. so disrespectful, and then as soon as I finished introducing myself he did not even ask me one question instead he said okay we will let you know via email. the following day I received an email saying I was not selected; I am assuming he just did not like the fact I was a person of color, that's the only explanation that I can think of cuz the guy had no problem scheduling the interview but as soon as he seems that I am not white he is no longer interested. racism is the culture of this establishment.
