The screening went well; however, the interview was a conversation more monopolized by the interviewer. I received details of the role, but they only asked 2 hypothetical questions rather than a true interview related to skills, personality questions, etc. Both appeared to be well-rounded but received no follow-up because I did not understand who I was as an employee. I had to go online for status. Also, out of the 45 minutes, the majority of the interview was due to the instability of the staff. It may be due to the selection process. Instead of hiring doers, individuals with leadership qualities could control the issue.
